What is causing cabin shifting/creaking noises on uneven surfaces?

My driveway has about a 15–20% incline, and when I pull in or out(unless going very slowly), I notice a shifting or settling noise coming from inside the cabin — I can hear it, but not feel it, if that makes sense. I'm having trouble pinpointing the source. Could it be the sunroof area, trunk, or somewhere else in the body?

No other known issues with the car. 2013 GS350 F Sport. The car is stock, other than aftermarket wheels. Has anyone experienced this?🥲

Yeswelder 250a decent for the price?

My father is in his 60s and is about to get his first welder to learn and practice. He is a truck driver(owner/operator,) so it seems that what is looking to weld would be more than sheet metal. He likes that it's a 6in1, and that it operates on 110/220, and its about $500.

Is this a good value/quality, any better options?
