First time encountering a Galarian Moltres. And it's shiny? Is this common?

I was walking in a route and then almost had a heart attack as I saw it flying there. I was suspecting it might be a ditto or something. I click on it and boom. It's a shiny. Is this something common to have a shiny Galarian Moltres? Or was I super lucky?

Why does Eevee want to run away from me?

I think he hates me or something. I don't know why this happened lol. No other buddy Pokémon ever ran like this before. Did you experience something similar?
