Hi All, after submitting application for my parents (upfront medical completed), what happens if they travel outside their home country and then while they are outside IRCC requests them to a) complete biomterics, and b) do passport submission for seal (I am assuming super visa issued are not digital but actual seals on the passport)? I am aware that biometrics can be given in a third country as long as there is a Visa Application Center like VFS, but what about passport submission? Is that possible as well?

Hi all, I am trying to do a Super Visa application for my mother who is also a widow. She lives alone in her home country, is retired, receives pension, has a car, a condo, and some land. I am thinking how to best demonstrate home ties. I have mentioned all of this in the Letter of Invitation and also got her to write a Personal Statement.

My questions is:

a) should I get a CA report, is that the gold standard? It would be a lot of hassle collecting documents but the positive side is I can only submit the CA letter and I dont have to provide dozens of documents alongside (deeds in local language etc.),

b) what is the alternative? I keep hearing about notarized affidavit of asset inventory, but in that case, in addition to submitting this notarized inventory, my understanding is that the best practice is to make a document bundle and alongside the notarized inventory, as proof, include hundreds of pages of deeds (in local language), translated in English.

Am I overcooking this? Is this too much, or its best to not share any such information at all since its Super Visa. Please I would appreciate some feedback.

Is it okay if I (host) sign the Letter of Invitation digitally, or is it mandatroy to have it printed, signed by hand, and rescanned to upload in the application portal?

Hi everyone, I thought we were required to upload a photo of the applicant in the IRCC portal for supervisa. However, in the document upload section, I don't see a place to upload any photo. I also am reading in places that as part of SuperVisa I am required to upload a IMM 5257 form, is this correct? Am i mixing up TRV with Supervisa?

Can anybody share their experiences dealing with lawyers in such applications? Are they helpful and able to add value to the application, perhaps a legal/counsel submission to make the application stronger? How much does it cost?
