Can’t find SCM Mobile / Ship Central bundles in NetSuite (even with bundle IDs) — am I missing something?
Hey everyone — hoping someone here has run into this before because I feel like I’m going crazy 😅
(Use Case: Implementing Suite Commerce, NS team said this part is out of their scope)
I’m trying to install SCM Mobile and NetSuite Ship Central, and per NetSuite documentation, the bundle IDs should be:
- SCM Mobile → 554537 (also seeing other IDs like 590761 depending on version…?)
- Ship Central → 573803
The docs clearly say to go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles and search by those IDs — but they’re just… not showing up.
Things I’ve already checked:
- Tried searching by name and bundle ID
- Confirmed I’m using Administrator role
- Verified SuiteBundler is enabled
- Checked both sandbox and production
- Searched SuiteApp Marketplace too
What’s throwing me off is:
- I’m seeing multiple bundle IDs for SCM Mobile depending on the doc/version
- Some references say these need to be installed first before Ship Central
- But nothing explains why they would be completely unavailable
I did find one mention that some bundles may need to be provisioned to the account or tied to licensing (WMS / Inventory Management, etc.), but that’s not super clear.
So my questions:
- Do these bundles only appear if you have specific licensing (WMS, Inventory Mgmt, etc.)?
- Has anyone had to get NetSuite to enable/provision these manually?
- Is there some newer SuiteApp-only version that replaces the bundle install?
- Has anyone actually installed these recently and can confirm the correct bundle IDs?
Appreciate any insight — I feel like I’m following the docs exactly and hitting a wall.
