I order pasta from Pizza Hut through Keeta, and when I opened it, a cockroach appeared when I opened it. I immediately freaked out so I accidentally shoved the pasta before I could take a picture of the cockroach in the pasta. I'm deathly afraid of cockroaches, and I immediately ran before I could think of taking a picture.
This unfortunately means the only picture I have as evidence is the photo of the cockroach after I killed it, and the photo of my pasta when I pushed it over.
I definitely don't think the cockroach came from the Keeta driver or from my home, as the pasta itself was in a tight box that was sealed with tape—there isn't any room for a bug to crawl in. And the cockroach was already there the moment I opened it, so it definitely came from the restaurant itself.
I tagged this as rant because I don't really know if I can report this, because I'm not sure if my evidence is substantial enough. All I did was give a bad review on Keeta. But if anyone knows how I could report this or anything, I would really appreciate it.
