About to apply for my skills assessment,

Based on these responsibilities, what 3 occupations is ideal to apply for Skills Assessment? Note - its for PAS and I have a degree in Cyber Security (minimum years of employment also met)

Receive, prioritise, and resolve IT requests and incidents logged through Jira, ensuring the secure availability, integrity, and operation of applications and services supporting business operations.

• Investigate suspected phishing and malicious emails by analysing message headers, embedded hyperlinks, and attachments to determine legitimacy and risk level, followed by user notification, containment actions, and escalation of confirmed security incidents.

• Monitor and analyse security alerts generated by Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, perform initial incident response activities including alert validation and evidence collection, and escalate incidents to senior security personnel where advanced response or remediation is required.

• Review application and system vulnerability information, assess identified risks using CVE severity ratings, and prioritise remediation activities based on potential impact and threat exposure.

• Coordinate with the IT team to facilitate security patching and remediation, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed within agreed risk, security, and compliance timeframes.

• Handle identity and access management using Active Directory, including user account lifecycle management, security group creation, and access permission changes in accordance with approved requests and organisational security policies.

• Maintain secure folder structures for confidential and project data by cross-checking access requests with approvers and requesters before granting access, ensuring compliance with data classification and conflict-ofinterest controls.

• Use Microsoft Exchange security controls to ensure restricted and sensitive information is accessible only to authorised users by configuring distribution list rules and public folder permissions.

• Provide hands-on, in-person IT support to staff configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user hardware, meeting room and AV equipment, network infrastructure, printers, and other on-site IT assets
