Advice for workouts with tennis elbow?

I’m a 47m and have been working out regularly for about 9 months now but recently developed a strain in my left elbow and saw a doctor who confirmed it was “tennis elbow”. I know I need to take it easy for 6-8 weeks or so but I definitely don’t want to stop. I’ve been doing great with building muscle definition and weight loss and don’t want to lose any progress! As a quick humble brag, I’m down 30 pounds to 210 pounds (I’m 6’4” for reference) and I’m starting to fill out my chest and arms and I’m seeing a dusting of abs for the first time!

Any advice on how to keep up with the upper body workouts? I probably need to skip the bicep curls and triceps altogether but not sure what else to do aside from just trial and error with trying exercises that don’t irritate the elbow.

Anyone ever worry about spouse after divorce?

I’ve (47m) been thinking about divorce for a while now but part is just scared of blowing up our life and I honestly worry about my wife’s (52f) life afterwards. I think we both have potential to find happiness but I know I have better options. Like I could stay with my mom for a little while until I figure things out and I’ve always been the bread winner so I will maintain my job/career. She was a full time SAHM forever and has only been back to work part time for 4 years. She doesn’t really have viable option for place to stay if we sell the house and she has anxiety to where she can’t drive any significant distance so I’m assuming if she moves to an apartment somewhere it’ll have to come with a whole new job. I know there will be alimony to help her out but she’s still the mother of my daughter (19f) and I want her to be okay. I don’t hate her at all, I think we’ve just grown out of love and now that our daughter is out of the house it’s all just become readily apparent.

I’m so torn with what to do. Asking for a divorce will blow up EVERYTHING. I think my daughter will understand eventually but would probably hate me for a while too.
