i reinstalled GHUB, enabled OBM, disabled it, uninstalled GHUB, reinstalled it, did the same thing to the Logitech Onboard memory manager. nothing is working.

i never thought i'd switch to razer but if this doesn't work itself out i am going team green unfortunately.

literally just bought this mouse like two weeks ago, it worked fine, i edited the OBM then it got reset again a day or so ago and now their software doesn't want to recognize my mouse.

(i'm not tech savvy) i don't know whose it is, i could've bought it and forgot, but does the image above clarify that no one used it or at least that there's nothing stored in it and i can allocate it and use it?

i want to use it, but i also don't want to lose any data there is incase it's someone's and i gotta give it to them.
