I’m looking for a community manager to help grow and manage a Facebook group focused on forex trading and market discussions.

This is a niche, discussion-led community (not a sales page or ads-heavy group). The goal is to build an active, engaged space where traders share insights, experiences, and market views.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging discussion prompts (3–5x per week)
• Encourage member participation and conversations
• Help identify active and valuable community members
• Support organic growth strategies (no spammy promotion)
• Maintain a healthy, respectful discussion environment

What I’m looking for:

• Experience managing Facebook groups or online communities
• Understanding of trading/finance/forex niche is a strong plus
• Ability to spark discussion, not just post content
• Good communication and initiative

This is an organic community (not brand-heavy or ad-driven). The focus is on real engagement and long-term community building, not quick follower growth.
