Went to court yesterday and our lawyer just shit the bed. We brought evidence and she didnt present it to the judge to counter my wifes baby dad lies. Hardly questioned him, didnt tell us we could have witnesses. Went awol this final week when printing evidence and text us at 8pm the day before court saying we need to redo stuff. We dont mind the price we just need to get a new one.
Went to court today and our attorney dropped the ball. asked us last night to fix our entire timeline at 830 pm, went awol this week, asked us to file something this morning right before court. Never told the court that my wifes other baby father never filed a response, didnt prepare my wife for a testimony im fuckin livid right now. The decision isnt looking too good, judge said shed take 90 to review and make a decision to look over the timeline. Hopefully it still goes in our favor if not we need a new attorney asap.
After the decision is made by the judge can we appeal as we were technically misrepresented?
