Still haven't gotten my period.

So my first IUI was unsuccessful, unfortunately, but I'm wondering why my period is late, is this normal?

Definitely negative on pregnancy (blood test plus a million urine tests). I should have gotten my period a couple of days ago as I'm very regular. I'm 19dpIUI.

I heard the hormones might delay your period, but by how much? Can anyone share?

Thanks!

Today is 12dpIUI. All FRER have been negative. It is my first IUI but I feel I'm losing time. I'll be 37 in September.

All my tests have been great. CD3/4 estradiol was 25.97 pg/ml and FSH was 5.81 mlU/ml. AMH was 4.74. No PCOS. Regular cycles. First ultrasound showed a total of 23 follicles. HSG was all good, no issues.

My husband's semen analysis was not optimal, but not bad. Just a couple of things that were borderline but the rest are good.

I've been using Inito and OPK cheapies and never had a problem with ovulation. Everything was working the way they should. We decided to go to a fertility clinic because I had vaginismus and my husband and I were unable to have intercourse. We tried at-home insemination kits for a few months and it didn't work. Just a month ago, we were finally able to have penetrative sex and decided to still go with the IUI route because of my age.

My doctor put me on Clomid 50mg for 5 days. Instructions told us to have intercourse the night of 04/20. On 04/21, I had an ultrasound that showed one follicle on the right at 13.80 mm, and three on left at 18.29, 15.51, and 14.84 mm. Had the trigger shot that night at 10:00 PM. IUI was on 04/22 at 10:00 AM. We were told to have intercourse the same day. We also did the following two days.

I did a blood test on 04/29 where my progesterone was 51.57 ng/ml and estradiol was 282.8 pg/ml. I didn't need supplements. Inito's PdG was also at 40 (max it can show), which indicates that at least two follicles ruptured and released eggs.

Inito's PdG is still showing ~39, which is weird because if I'm not pregnant, it should be declining by now to prepare for my period.

All pregnancy tests I've taken have been negative. I have an hcg blood test in two days, but what's the point...

How do you cope? I'm too tired. I just want to stay in bed 24/7 and cry...

I did my first IUI last Wednesday (04/22). My PdG remains high and my progesterone blood test a couple of days ago was high (51.75 ng/ml).

The FMU today shows a significant dip in my E3G. Does this mean I'm out this cycle or does the E3G have no influence on potential pregnancy?

Just to note in case anyone was wondering, my LH is behaving like this because of the trigger shot (Ovidrel) the day before my IUI.

Edit: I believe I'm now 8DPO, not 7 as Inito suggests. Ovulation most likely happens 36 hours after the trigger shot.

Hey gals. Silly question, but how do people know when ovulation happened? Last week was my very first IUI.

I always ovulated on my own and would know using cheapies and Inito. All my tests and numbers are in the great to optimal range, especially given my age (36.5), but the fertility clinic wanted to do a medicated cycle. I asked why out of curiosity, they said it's just to time everything right and boost my chances.

I was on Clomid for 5 days at 50mg. Checked follicles on Tuesday (04/21), was told to trigger (Ovidrel) that night at 10:00 PM, then came back the next day (Wednesday, 04/22) at 10:00 AM for the IUI.

It's hard to know exactly when I ovulated because the trigger took time to leave my system and it was messing with the home tests.

So I'm curious to know when I ovulated. I see many people on this sub saying they're like xDPO.

Thanks and wishing everyone the best!
