Is it still worth using in battles? Not really sure how shadows work… are they stronger? Keep looking online but never really too sure when/where to use them - they not like dynamax

Stars aren’t the best but hey! I’ve returned to the game after a couple years (left before they introduced shiny pokemon) and been working to get some decent shinys! Whoop x
