Solo founder building, looking for genuine feedback from this community.

Built an AI layer that sits on top of CRMs (LeadSquared, HubSpot, Salesforce) instead of replacing them. Three core things: auto-scores lead intent and prioritizes the rep's queue, runs real-time call coaching during live calls (talk ratio, missed objections, pricing pushback) with Hindi-English code-switching support which is a real gap nobody handles well and generates post-call summaries with structural tags plus revenue leakage analysis for managers and directors.

Started in Indian edtech because that's the vertical I knew best. Currently exploring expansion to real estate, insurance, B2B SaaS sales.

Real questions:

  • Is "AI layer on top of existing CRM" a strong enough wedge, or do buyers want full replacement?
  • Pricing intuition, per-seat or per-call-minute?
  • What feature would you double down on or kill entirely?

Brutal feedback welcome.

Solo builder, looking for honest feedback from agents who handle high lead volume.

Built an AI layer that sits on top of your CRM. It scores lead intent based on conversation history, response patterns, and emotional signals from prior interactions, then auto-generates a pre-call brief on each lead with emotional state, last objection raised, best time to call, and a suggested opener. Also handles WhatsApp and email follow-up sequencing between calls with reply detection, so leads don't go cold after the first site visit.

Real questions for agents/brokers:

  • Would AI-scored intent ranking actually shift how you prioritize your day, or do you trust gut on warm leads more?
  • Is a pre-call brief useful, or overkill for how most agents work?
  • Where does follow-up most often break for you at 3 days, 7 days, or after the first site visit?

Want pushback even if it's "this is already solved."

Solo builder here, looking for honest feedback from people who run or coach sales calls daily.

Built an AI layer that sits on top of existing CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared). It pulls a pre-call brief on each lead from past interactions, runs real-time cues during the call (talk ratio drift past 70%, missed objections, pricing pushback signals), and auto-generates a post-call summary with structural tags like "EMI mentioned" or "competitor named" flagging coaching moments for managers without them having to listen to every recording.

Real questions:

  • Would real-time mid-call nudges actually help, or just distract reps and break flow?
  • Is automated post-call coaching something managers act on, or another dashboard nobody reads?
  • What's the one thing a tool like this should nail that current ones (Gong, Chorus, etc.) don't do well?

Brutal feedback welcome.
