I used to work at a sim racing center in Germany. The other day him and I were racing live on twitch on the Nurburgring GP track. I have always been a better driver than my boss and he always makes excuses for it. Him and I were battling and of course there will be some contact. Every time I accidentally hit him or bumped him I would give him a second or two to either catch up to be fair. As we go into the Audi-S turn my boss purposely ran me off the track into the walls. I called him out on it and he said it was “karma”. As we continue to race he mocks me for being behind him and that I wasn’t catching up. I then told him that he’s being a big baby and the only way he can ever win is by sabotaging me. This than enraged him with anger and he ended the race and yelled at me infront of customers. As I tried to figure out why he’s is angry he kicked me out of the store. Then 2 hours later messaged me that it’s unacceptable to “lie” on live and that everything was my fault. Instead of getting into a fight, I decided to ignore him. Next day he messaged me asking if I was going to do the monthly race that’s happening the next day (I signed up for it and aswell paid in advance) I told him yes and nothing more. Next day I woke up to a message telling me I was no longer racing in the race(again that I paid for) and that I was fired and need to turn in my keys. I then told him that I won’t turn in the keys unless he paid me for the hours that I worked that month. He then threatened me and told me he would show up to my house, which is borderline insane. I drove to the store and handed in my keys, he tells me that he won’t be paying me because he doesn’t have to and tried to blame me on a broken tv( he broke it while transporting and aswell it was 3 months ago) and a steering wheel ( it had a scratch). He skipped out on insurance and kept it under the table to avoid paying a few bucks extra. That’s another thing about him, he is constantly doing shady business. Sometimes he will take money under the table to avoid paying taxes, he buys drinks and snacks and put them down as business write off just to munch on them. He tried cutting hours here and there to avoid paying. He’s always late with the money. I don’t know what I can do, that’s why I am here seeking help.
