My first 2 DeWalt tools were an impact driver DCF801 and a drill DCD701, both 12v. I then added some 20v tools and have several tools and 20v batteries. I’m wondering if I should replace my 12v tools with 20v. Any suggestions?
I have 40 roasts under my belt and think I have the basics down but now I want to go deeper. I have kept my preheat temps at 240-250C with 450-470g charge loads. Should I adjust the preheat for a light roast Ethiopian? I reduce the power and increase the fan (no higher than 4) as the roast goes but have a hard time finishing with under a 14% loss. Do you go 30-90 seconds past the start of FC or after FC ends? People talk about after it ends but that puts me into medium territory.
