So I have a omen16 laptop that have a RTX4060 dGPU. In the Nvidia app, under the graphics and display it shows that there is no display connected to the GPU. Do this only means there are no external display connected or is the laptop display actually somehow is not connected to it?

So I know that with a desktop PC, it is possible for you to connect your monitor to the motherboard instead of the GPU, which results in worse performance. Is it possible for it to also happens to a laptop that have both a iGPU and a dGPU? The Google AI told me yes but I don’t really trust it. Can anyone tell me the answer?
