I know it is silly but I bought an item from an account that was a very good price. 5 mins later I checked the account and realised it looked suspicious and put a request to cancel my order. He told me he has shipped the order but he hasnt provided a tracking number as he is shut down. If the package doesn't arrive can I get a refund. Or can I refund beforehand
