My daughter just turned 3 and we recently got her autism diagnosis. Her speech is pretty delayed and she's been having a lot of meltdowns that are tough to manage at home. We're completely new to all of this and honestly feeling a little overwhelmed trying to figure out where to even start.
I've been doing a lot of research trying to find the best ABA therapy Dallas Texas has available, but there are so many options and I have no idea how to tell which ones are actually good. Has anyone gone through this recently with a young child? What should I be looking for in a provider, and how long did it take you to actually get an appointment? Any advice would mean a lot right now.
