Approved! (Standard Spouse Visa, Outside UK) bio 26/02 (51 WD)
We just received the email this morning confirming that my brother-in-law’s spouse visa has been approved! 🎉
We submitted his application on 25th February, and he had his biometrics appointment the following day.
We received the approval this morning, earlier than expected!
It was a straightforward case, and they didn’t ask for any additional information. We also didn’t use any solicitors at any stage of the process. I handled the application myself, as I also did for my own husband’s initial spouse visa and FLR(M).
If your case is straightforward, I would definitely recommend handling the process yourself. It can save you a significant amount of money.
