Hi
I have recently started process of designing for my new (yet to be handed over) flat.
It is a north facing flat for a young couple.
Any ideas on space or designing are much appreciated.
Note: not much can be changed on layout as the builder does not allow any structural changes.

Planning one room as multipurpose utility also.
- study desk
- projector (motorised screen)
- yoga and light workout area
- a mini bar setup
- all my painting supplies
