i have had these for 3 months only and they started having problem. My mic is loose i can adust it where i want to and sometimes when i move my mic to unmute it, sometimes it works like it records sound and sometimes it doesnt . i need help in fixin this . i want to fix loose microphone and also it doesnt connect or record sound.
