Hello,

I’m planning on learning Chinese as a foreigner and wanted to know if there were different accents? For English speakers there is British, Australian, Canadian, American, Southern accents, etc.

Since China is a big country, there definitely must be different accents. Cute accents? Funny? Country or British-equivalents? What if I wanted to learn with an accent?

I am curious. Apologies if this is rude.
