I deposited a small amount of USDT into my Revolut account just to test the platform, and they’ve been holding it “under review” for a month now.

The most frustrating part is their support. First, you have to fight your way through the AI bot just to reach a real agent. Then, when you finally do, all you get are generic answers and excuses. It just makes you angrier and angrier. There’s no real explanation, just the same recycled responses!

They opened a ticket with their crypto team, and that’s been “under review” for over two weeks as well!!

Honestly, the crypto feature is completely useless if it’s going to be like this every time imo!

My advice to you is TO NOT USE REVOLUT CRYPTO FEATURES!
