Just diagnosed from Stage 3 Breast Cancer to Stage IV bone metastasis cancer. I have no idea what’s going to happen from here health wise. I have two kids with my less than helpful kids father. He has zero idea I’m getting worse. Can’t afford a lawyer, but need to do something in whatever time I do have for them. They do not want to live with him primarily if I pass, that’s how bad it is, which I’m aware isn’t realistic in my death. They want to be with my parents, which is where we currently reside and they take on a bulk of responsibility of them for me. My parents and I make it happen while I fight him just to take them for his time so I can try and care for myself. Anyhow, where should I start down a legal path and does anyone know of any programs I could get help from on a financial stand point with this legal matter also?
