Since my first airpods pro 1, i have been always frightened by new updates. Too often i realized worse ANC after..
And here we go again.
I loved the APP3 ANC. Until now. Unbeknownst of any update I realized worse ANC. Something is different i realized.. A little bit louder.. Traffic noise is a little bit louder as well as higher tones as birds singing.
And et voila. I checked the firm version. 8B40 just dropped.
I hate it so much.
Like bills provide protection that a good has to be flawless for 2 years (in germany) it has to be added that it guarantees no nerfing features as well!

Hey guys,

meanwhile there are a plenty of options out there to measure your health data.

I am using my apple watch for years now but honestly the benefits are rare. Yes, in deed, it can track data a lot and thats on a advanced level for sure.

But unless a nice display in the health hub nothing happens with those data.

So recently i was wondering if there is anybody in the US/EU who gained already some experience with a wearable devicd which not only collect data but analyse it in a comprehensive way. Especially with an integration of a Dexcom G6 or G7

I know some fellows of mine who are using a whoop band and oura ring as non diabetics, which are super satisfied with the outcome.

I think for us as TD1 would be a great opportunity too, if we had those data analysis in Addition with the glucose and food intake data.

"You should bolus earlier before you eat."

"Set your basalrate for nightsleep a little bit higher."

So, anybody has experiences with that already?

Thanks!
