I was bored with normal loafs so decided to overproof (hopefully) while sleeping and then toss in the fridge before work.

When I got home I took the focaccia route and said fuck it, let’s see what happens!

And Oh. My. God.

It’s so soft and light. Airy as hell and uhh….

I wanna make a pizza on this at some point.

My LCS had this for 270, comps are around 450-500.

Kind of a no brainer and a killer deal.
