I purchased an orchid hybrid large check in suitcase and the extended warranty as well. When I received the suitcase I noticed it was much heavier than expected. When I weighed it I learned it was 15lbs not the advertised 13. Additionally the label said it was only 75L not the advertised 95.4. I decided to measure the interior myself to confirm and saw the suitcase was in fact much heavier and much smaller than advertised. I’ve now gone through the run around trying to return it. I can only speak to AI chatbots and the one human who reached out refused to honor my return and instead asked for more pictures. They are also trying to keep the $35 on the extended warranty for a suitcase I will no longer have and be returning within the 100 day trial period (less than a week). I’ve opened a dispute with my CC company, but beware. They have an F BBB rating and an Alert. This has been a complete nightmare.
