i turned them on today and there is no sound coming through even though they says the headphones are connected they work on everything else except for my pc for some reason i tried to contact support but for some reason support isn't available in my region and i tried finding a way to check the drivers but i'm not good with that either and when i open the ngenuity beta software it tells me i cant turn on spatial audio as well, i tried reinstalling i tried restarting my pc but both did not work if anyone knows the problem please tell me how to fix it
