My mobile says connected but not charging when connected to charger, but when i connect to power Bank it charges normally,

* BUT now when i connect powerbank to the same charger while the mobile is charging from powerbank, it again says connected but not charging *

Don't you think it is weird. How is the phone sensing/how does it matter how the power Bank is being charged while the phone is getting input from powerbank.

P.S. it is Google Pixel 8, powerbank is Samsung 20000mah fast charging output. Wall Charger is 25W Samsung charger .
