Been building Frictionless for the past weeks. Today I hit a milestone: it's now a fully embedded Shopify App.

What it does:

• Analyzes your store for psychological friction points killing conversions (Trust Deficit, Payment Anxiety, Cognitive Load, Social Proof Placement)
• Gives you a Frictionless Score (0–100)
• Shows daily revenue at risk estimate
• Tracks your score over time so you can measure improvement

It's based on Behavioral Economics frameworks — Kahneman, Cialdini, Baymard Institute. Not just "add trust badges" — it explains the psychology behind why customers leave.
