I was pushing on something at work with a ton of force when all of a sudden it broke free. I have pain behind my shoulder joint, down my side delt and by my traps and neck. I was also told bicep tendinitis pending my mri next week. Everywhere I look it seems people deal with this injury very long term. I have already started pt for it this week and I’m wondering if with it being acute from an injury if my healing time might be quicker? Before I got hurt I had a very strong shoulder as I am a heavy gym goer and 0 pain in this shoulder. Thanks for any suggestions!
