best dog walking + overnight sitting services?

hi-relocating to portland and looking for dog care. 9 year old boston terrier and 8 year old who knows what terrier mix my husband and i travel randomly and prefer having overnight dog/house sitters when we do. also our bt is a nervous boy and we love that our current service provides regular dog walks with (mostly) the same walker, and overnights are typically with that walker or someone from a small pool of walkers we have experience with. consistency is helpful for his anxiety. he like routine. or maybe we do. doesnt matter really.

so tell me.. who can you always rely on and trust implicitly with your home and the most treasured creatures in your life?

hi. i am moving to portland from east coast tomorrow, and staying in temporary rentals until we find a house. i am struggling to find a gym similar to my current and wondering if i need to just adjust my expectations

admittedly, i might be a little spoiled. my current gym is 21+ (which is great because I work remotely and have a flexible schedule and never have to worry about ending up in the gym during a rush hour groups of high school aged workout sessions) plus it has a sauna and steam room. I would love to find something similar, but all of the gyms i am coming across seem to only be group/class personal training settings, unless it's something like 24 hour fitness or Orangetheory? i prefer to workout solo - high incline treadmill and free weights.

i am currently looking in the area around alberta arts district. i appreciate any suggestions!
