


Weekend pork butt just to keep the smoker busy.
Pulled pork to vacuum seal for meal prep. Went 230° for 18hrs. No wrap. Added the drippings back in and rested for an hour.
I divide it up into dinner portions and vacuum seal them and throw them the freezer. Our go to is pulled pork warmed in the oven with a can of black beans on the stove and some uncle Ben’s cilantro lime rice in the microwave for a quick easy weeknight dinner.
