Pulled pork to vacuum seal for meal prep. Went 230° for 18hrs. No wrap. Added the drippings back in and rested for an hour.

I divide it up into dinner portions and vacuum seal them and throw them the freezer. Our go to is pulled pork warmed in the oven with a can of black beans on the stove and some uncle Ben’s cilantro lime rice in the microwave for a quick easy weeknight dinner.

Pork butt on the smoker over night

9lb pork butt going on the pellet pittboss overnight at 230° and letting it go for the next 11-15hrs. Tempted to not wrap it and see how it goes. This is for meal prep so anytime tomorrow works to pull it.
