so i was given the wrong item and because i felt like it was too much of a hassle returning it- i thought maybe i could keep it and just have a partial refund since I paid a little more for it than the item I intended to pay for

should I just keep waiting for the seller to respond or is there something else I can do?

Refunding! didnt know this was against ebay policy, someone had done it with me before so i thought it was okay, my bad!
