Hey guys! Can’t seem to get any help with my order as my issue seems to be unique. I placed on order on uber eats for some groceries because i’m in the midst of revision for my university exams.
It was £36 and they took my money but the app crashed and didn’t place my order. I call the customer service number and it’s a robot that gives very little help and ends the call before saying “we will be in contact”. They email me with instructions to report an issue but I can only report issues with past or ongoing orders (they took my money and didn’t finish my order so not showing up). All I want to do is get in contact with customer service to actually make a complaint with a human being because my issue seems to be unique online.
