Single Brain cancer mama caring for elderly grandparents and u/Lyme is the last thing I need

I noticed a small black tick on my hip at my panty line a week ago, maybe a 2-3, I’m fuzzy on the time, just after I got out of the shower-which was weird. I had to call my kid for help to get it out. I put rubbing alcohol and stuff on it as soon as I got it off, but I didn’t keep it for once because of my grandparents and my dog. I’d been keeping triamcinolone plus comfrey cream on it because it wakes me up in the middle of the night. I’ve tried to read but I’m unsure what symptoms I should be looking for, I’ve got LOTS wrong with me anyway. The brain fog is definitely worse and my malaise is getting harder to deal with but I can’t sleep through the night, plus I just hurt. Not sure what this could be a symptom of but I’m vomiting easier and horrible diarrhea even though I force myself to eat. I just finished a round of doxycycline due to having pneumonia just before I was bitten. Please help!

Help, Please! Brain cancer mama raising a teen daughter alone, we’ve both got health issues and I’m solely caring for 90yo grandparents-the LAST thing I can deal w/is u/lymedisease idk how y’all do it

I was bit a week ago, oddly just after I got out of the shower I noticed it. Idk if was trying to attach and fully hadn’t, if I knocked it loose out of my hair, or if it got on my towel, maybe the shower curtain? idk. I had to call my 13yo to bring tweezers to the bathroom. It was right at my panty line on my right hip, I couldn’t reach to get it out myself I feared not griping the head, etc. I didn’t think to save it, my grandparents and my dog-ugh. I’ve got epilepsy from the brain cancer and craniotomy, I’m on a ton of meds. I just finished a round of doxycycline almost two wks ago from where my cuz gave me pneumonia. Im in btw PCP right now because mine just retire. It’s hard for me to get anywhere because I can’t drive nor can I afford anything. Thanks and God bless y’all
