Okay so today I made a request to put money on my paypal account, that transaction is still pending and is due to come on the 7th, keep in mind this is via the paypal app, not my bank account. Now I did this bc I was making a purchase thru marketplace (Facebook). Unfortunately, I’m a little impatient and couldn’t wait that long, so I decided to just payid the person. So I tried to cancel that paypal request but I couldn’t do it.. I called them and they basically told me they weren’t able to cancel it either and they weren’t able to do anything until the transaction happened. I was told to ring my bank as they could simply deny the request or something along those lines, so I did that. But there was no transaction showing up via my bank app and apparently they couldn’t see anything either.. so I was told the same thing. Well I’m now in negative with my bank and they won’t be open until tomorrow so I’m just looking for any idea on what the outcome might be here? Will the bank just revert that transaction? I haven’t received the funds on my PayPal and well I’m not sure I will to begin with as I already paid the person via payid. Any help to ease my mind would be appreciated and I apologise greatly for the silly amount of times I said the word ‘transaction’ 😅
