It’s been almost a year since I got my gym membership and decided to get into shape. What a year it’s been. How’s my progress? What can be improved? I would appreciate constructive criticism.
I went from someone who was so scared to step into a gym to someone who goes everyday. I was always athletic growing up, but never strong. I always wanted to look like someone who “works out” or is “fit”.
