So I have never had the pleasure of using Roadie in the past. Today both the batteries in my truck crapped out in the parking lot that we spent the past couple of days in. Only option was to get them delivered. Roadie was the ONLY option.
1st Driver didnt even bother to try and find me (I am in the back corner of the parking lot) 2nd driver dropped the batteries off somewhere else. Took me more than an hour on the phone to get them to get the driver back out and bring them to the correct address. Then almost another hour to get them delivered to me.
Is it normal that something which should have been an easy deliver (Yes, I put as many instructions as I could in the details. Grub Hub and WalMart had no issue locating it) or is it just the drivers in this area?
