SD card can be read and written to until hooting into CFW or Stock.
I’m currently attempting my first hack and am running into issues. I can perfectly read and write files through hekate but once I enter either emuMMC or Stock the switch throws an error saying I can’t access the SD. The Homebrew store app still runs when I boot it up through the album, but I really want to know why it’s throwing that error.
Micro SD: Sandisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I 258gb
Things I’ve tried thus far:
- Formatting the sd card to Fat32 on windows and the going through the partition process
- Formatting the card through Nintendo’s internal formatting driver
- Repartitioning in case my original partition was busted
- using a back up to reestablish a partition
- a beer
- gently cleaning the sd card that’s brand new out of the box
- gently using compressed air to potentially knock debris out of the sd port
- googling how to fix this to no avail
- attempting to piece together a YouTube video in another language that had a similar problem to no avail
- skimming the subreddit for similar topics
Any help is super appreciated
