So I started building a small MVP focused on startup collaboration and founder matching.

Is it just me or is finding serious startup teammates/co-founders online actually really hard?

Most conversations either die after 2 days, people aren’t committed enough, or everyone just likes discussing ideas without building anything.

I’ve tried platforms, communities, Discords, LinkedIn etc. but still struggling to find people who genuinely want to build long-term.

What problems have you guys faced while trying to find startup teams or co-founders?
