I was wondering, how long it takes to get your uniform after you did your orientation? I was told 3-5 days and have called the past few days and haven’t heard anything. Ima call again in about an hour but was just wondering if this is normal?

Hey guys, I just got hired at a Mcds and did my orientation yesterday. I got the email today about activating my account (harri) and so I can access my TeamLive app. Everytime i try to login it tells me my id/username is wrong and i don’t really know what to do. Did this happen to anyone else?
