First and Last time using Stubhub - Buyer beware

I purchased tickets for an SF Giants game for the first time and all seemed fine to start with.  The tickets showed up in their app as well as MLB.com app shortly after purchase.  The day of the game I happened to check their app and the tickets showed up as "Barcode Unavailable [10] Ticket Unavailable: Returned" The tickets were now gone from the MLB.com app.  I called customer support about six hours before the game and sent them screenshots.  They said they had "escalated" the issue and that I would get a call back with offer of alternate tickets or a refund. I checked Stubhub and noticed quite a few tickets similar to mine for sale and also quite a few for sale on MLB.com.  With time running out and not receiving any call from Stubhub I called them back. They now said I could expect an email with offer of alternate tickets or refund.  At this point I decided to purchase tickets from MLB.com.  I never received an email (or call) from Stubhub.  After the game I called back in to get a refund.  I was put on hold a few times for 5-10 mins and ultimately informed that "my case was being escalated" This is when I just gave up and went straight to disputing the charge with my credit card company who immediately/automatically gave me the refund.
