Can still grow it or too late for that?

Hi, was thinking of growing my hair like its in the pictures with long hair (about 5-6 years ago), now I have a buzz cut.

Think there's a huge difference between my hairline now and back then to the point where I wouldn't be able to still let it grow and have it look like before?

Think I could still grow that length?

Hello, I kinda wanna grow my hair like it was in the long hair pictures (5-6 years ago, at like 20/21 years old). My question is, do you think my hairline is too far gone in the recent (buzz cut) pictures in order to get that same hair again? Like, is it a maturing hairline now or? Thank you 👍👍
