

Support doesnt answer my requests
so in april 23th someone logged in my 2018 account thru my email (i guess i downloaded something sketchy the day b4 and i got hackd) and changed my password so im unable to log in since then… i immediately messaged support and they answered almost immediately… it was going well until they stopped responding to me or giving me any updates about the case… i try to make new requests in the support website and they keep getting the same update - solved - immediately after i submit them. i sent them tons of screenshots to prove that i own that acc yet they didn’t answer me and its been 3 weeks since they last responded to me. the initial request is still with the “open” status but they never replied anymore. what can i do?
