Support doesnt answer my requests

so in april 23th someone logged in my 2018 account thru my email (i guess i downloaded something sketchy the day b4 and i got hackd) and changed my password so im unable to log in since then… i immediately messaged support and they answered almost immediately… it was going well until they stopped responding to me or giving me any updates about the case… i try to make new requests in the support website and they keep getting the same update - solved - immediately after i submit them. i sent them tons of screenshots to prove that i own that acc yet they didn’t answer me and its been 3 weeks since they last responded to me. the initial request is still with the “open” status but they never replied anymore. what can i do?

hello! so im making this post as someone got into my main email account (april 23th) and was able to access microsoft account, steam account and hacked my discord and epic games accounts.

i dont know how they got access as i didnt share my passwords in any place. i already sent a couple of emails to discord support and one to the epic games support and they dont respond.

im still having issues with this as i changed all my passwords now and few days after that happened i kept getting emails about someone accessing my microsoft account. from us, brazil, panama, amsterdam… and i had changed the password. i changed it again and 3 days ago i got an email again saying there was unusual activity again (successful log ins) i turned the 2fa and still got an email today about someone trying to log in 😭 (this time they couldn’t bc of the 2fa) . im so worried about this idk whats happening, if someone knows and if theres any way for this to stop i would be very grateful.

Hi! i own a nikon d3200 and i wanted to buy a zoom lens as i want to take sport pics (mostly swimming) and also wildlife, but im not sure about what lens i should buy. i was thinking maybe the af-s 55-200mm vrii f/4-5.6G but IM not sure if its the best option! or if i should consider a telephoto lens instead! I’ll appreciate the help xd (btw i currently only have the kit lens and a 50mm lens)
