Mechanics Question - How to spread speed EVs for tailwind team?
Hi everyone! I am currently playing/building a team with talonflame as tailwind setter. My current thought process was to EV all Pokemon on my team in max speed in case of (common) mirror tailwind matchups. I am however considering a slightly less Speedy and more bulky team but I have no clue on how much I can lower the speed without affecting my strategy too much.
Can anyone assist me in my thought process?
The Pokemon I am using are:
Talonflame, weavile, lucario, garchomp, rotom wash and dragapult.
Ev spreads are all maxed atk or sp ark and Max speed based on the type of Pokemon and left over in hp.

Small addition to original post: I actually put a lot of thought into this team not knowing if it would actually function well. In a theoretical sense it is designed to be able to hit every Pokemon currently in Champions for super effective with STAB. Turns out after a lot of information gathering and processing this is possible by having any combination of Pokemon in your team with at least these 11 types: dragon, steel, fighting, fire, flying, dark, ice, electric, water, ghost, ground. which leaves 1 left over if running a team of 6.
Wondering if anyone has ever tried this before and if they can come up with better teams based on this concept.
