Currently on season 6 of my rewatch. A lot of things bug me about his cheating and the way he approaches it (don’t get me started on him beating around the bush and saying he doesn’t remember any of the times it happened) but the worst for me is when he tries to minimize katie’s feelings out the gate. She will start crying like anybody would and he begs her to stop crying and tells her not to act like that, then tries to brush and laugh it off. I cannot STAND it. I haven’t watched anything with him recently but I don’t think he has the emotional maturity (or like….ever will) to be able to handle a stable and long term monogamous relationship with a woman.
