I've never heard anyone say "american-italian" until I found this guy on my social media feeds. Initially when I heard it I got offended. As if he was saying I wasn't a real italian. but then it got me thinking - which one should come first? Does it mean something to place one before the other? Is this even a real phrase in Italy or is it just some guy trying to ragebait people like me for views? So I come to you, European-Italians, to ask you what you think. Does it matter which nationality comes first? Is it a common phrase? Am I being ragebaited? Please set me straight.
