My tailors bunions are the worst

They cause more discomfort than the other bunions and I don’t understand why. I’ve got barefoot shoes, I’ve used orthotics, I’ve tried toe spacers and no matter what they still causing discomfort. I’m really dreading having to get surgery and be off my feet for weeks.

I guess fixing over pronation didn’t help my tailor bunions or getting orthotics like they said.

I have worked here for over a year now and as each month goes on I hate it more and more. I am a cart pusher and work at one of the busiest Walmarts in the country everyday is just packed with people and I feel like I am working harder than my wage lol.

The management is terrible. They don’t do anything completely useless siting in their back offices everyday eating McDonald’s and talking about nothing. The store manager shows up once a week for a few hours and never does anything unbelievable these people get paid a lot more than me.

I want to quit so badly but the job market is so bad I’m forced to stay in this job I hate everyday and feel like I have lost my spark for life.

When I go online I see many different answers to this question. Many say it’s impossible without surgery and some say they’ve done it and it’s possible just by strengthening muscles and wearing barefoot shoes.

I have had bunions since a teenager and I am always on my feet for work and lots of running/walking but now my bunions are hurting everyday and I am wondering what to do.

Someone said barefoot shoes will make bunions worse because of over pronation in your foot isn’t addressed unless using orthotics.

I’ve seen lots of people say it’s impossible to correct a bunion, correct the bump, get rid of the pain etc. I was wondering if anyone here corrected a bunion and avoided surgery?
