Which products to buy in Portugal ? 🇵🇹

I'm going to Portugal and wanted to ask which products you can recommend for oily t- Zone and the rest dry skin. Never had problems with my skin, 2 months ago I had breakouts & it seems that my Kiehls creme isn't enough anymore. Need advice to build a new skin routine!
